Procedure change due to COVID-19

In the interest of safety for all, we maintain strict procedures to reduce the spread of COVID-19.  There will be minimized touch of common items and surfaces. The only thing I must touch (with gloves) is the document. Here is the protocol in light of the virus:

**Signings will be conducted outdoors only.

  • Masks are required. I wear a mask and fresh gloves to each appointment.
  • I provide a tray table. If you already have an outdoor table, I ask that you disinfect the signing table/area before my arrival.
  • Provide your own pens.
  • Set IDs on the table so I can copy the information without touching them.
  • Sit/stand as far apart as possible, ideally 10-12 ft.
  • We will take turns at the signing table.
  • Contact-less payment: I will send you a Square invoice to pay online the same day of service.
  • If you cannot, or do not wish to conduct the signing accordingly, please let me know before making an appointment. Thank you.

"Mo was a real lifesaver in a time of need! If you need someone dependable with a lightening fast response time, she’s who you want. In addition she has a great deal of empathy, trustworthiness, and respect for privacy. I will be calling her anytime I need a notary, hopefully next time will not require her helping me out of a jam."
